These are only valid in written form – by e-mail or by standard post. To make a binding reservation, we kindly ask you to make a deposit payment of 30% of the total price. The deposit can be paid by a bank transfer, within 14 days.

Check in: from 2.00 pm

In case your arrival is delayed and you arrive after 6.00 pm, we ask you for a short telephone notification.

Billing:
Billing is at the latest one day before departure. We only accept cash!

Booking:
A booking is valid only after a written booking confirmation is received.

Childrensꞌ discount:
Discounted price for children, on the precondition that they are staying in their parentsꞌ room

Children under the age of 3 years: no charge
Children aged 3, 4 or 5 years: 50 %
Children aged 6 to 12 years: 30 %

Insurance for trip cancellation:
To make sure that you do not have any unnecessary costs if you cancel, because of illness, death of someone you love, job loss, etc., we respectfully recommend that you get an insurance policy to cover the risk of cancellation of the trip. Smoking rooms / non-smoking rooms:
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Cancellations:
The General Terms & Conditions of the Hotel Sector (abbreviation: ꞌAGBHꞌ) apply. In the event that you arrive later than was agreed or that you leave earlier than was agreed, we charge you for the room price (minus the cost of food and drink). The legal venue is Landeck. We respectfully recommend that you get an insurance policy to cover the risk of cancellation of the trip.

Cancellations Covid 19:
Your booking is a matter of trust. Regarding the situation, you can rebook or cancel your booking for free if …

• ... the situation arises that your arrival is not possible during your booked period due to travel warnings, entry requirements for Galtür or border closures for Austria
• ... the arrival is not possible because of a COVID-19 illness. 

For all other cancellations, our general cancellation conditions apply in accordance with the general terms and conditions for the Austrian hotel industry.

Covid 19 information:
We will strictly follow all government measures and implement them as best as we can. Please note the measures of the TVB Paznaun.
Just to be sure we would recommend a travel insurance. 

All measures that are taken in the municipality and in the Galtür & Ischgl ski area can be found on the website of the TVB Paznaun Ischgl.

Surchage / single use of a bedroom:
We make a surcharge for a single room or single use of a double room: EUR 20.00 per day.

Short stays:
Summer: For stays up to three daysꞌ duration, we make a surcharge of EUR 5.00, per person, per night.
Winter: For stays up to three daysꞌ duration, we make a surcharge of EUR 8.00, per person, per night.

Parking spaces:
One parking space per room is available to you directly on the premises of our house.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our house.
